The Piedra is finally in good wadeable shape. No need to overthink it here: nymph rigs with a stonefly nymph and Pheasant Tail combo or a large dry/dropper in the pocket water. Euro setups do well on the Piedra as well. Watch for hatches of stones, PMDs, and possibly Drakes.Nymphs: Prince nymphs 10-16, Runt Stone Golden 12-16, Pat’s Rubberlegs 8-12, 20 Incher 10-14, Flashback Pheasant Tail 14-18, Soft Spot Jig 12-16, Jigged Pats 8-12,
Dries: Chubbies 10-14, Stimulators 12-16, Amy’s Ant 10-14, PMD Vis-A-Dun 16-18, Pink Hairwing Dun 16-18, Rocky Mountain Mint 14-18, Parachute Adams 12-16.
