SAN MIGUEL RIVER NEAR PLACERVILLE, CO
- Temperature: 42.8 ° F
- Streamflow: 108 ft³/s
- Gage height: 4.27 ft
Dropping, higher with rain though
Fishing is slowing down with the recent rains and cooler temps, but fishing is not a lost cause. Cold fish still need to eat, just get the food to them…meaning add some weight! Attractor nymphs, caddis larva, and mayfly nymphs are a good choice. You can fish a hopper/dropper, but expect most fish to be on the dropper.
Maybe try a streamer too!
